Crock-Pot BBQ Chicken (Pulled Chicken) Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 lb. chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 16 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Place the first eleven ingredients in your crock-pot, and stir to combine.
  • Place the chicken in the crock-pot, and coat it with the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the crock-pot, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crock-pot with the sauce. Mix and serve!
