Crock-Pot BBQ Chicken (Pulled Chicken) Sandwiches
This Crock-Pot BBQ pulled chicken recipe is delicious and incredibly easy! It's perfect as a quick weeknight dinner or to feed a crowd. Round out the meal by pairing it with this 4 ingredient mac n cheese!

Ingredients
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 lb. chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 16 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Place the first eleven ingredients in your crock-pot, and stir to combine.
- Place the chicken in the crock-pot, and coat it with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the crock-pot, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crock-pot with the sauce. Mix and serve!
