3tbspdijon mustard
3tbspWorcestershire sauce

2tspgarlic powder

3lb.chicken breastsboneless and skinless

Instructions
Place the first eleven ingredients in your crock-pot, and stir to combine.
Place the chicken in the crock-pot, and coat it with the sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the crock-pot, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crock-pot with the sauce. Mix and serve!
