Description
This weekly meal plan is made for a family of four (two adults and two preteens), and will leave you with leftovers. It was created to take the stress out of meal planning and to give your family quality time around the table. The meals are all kid-approved and take approximately one hour to make (with the exception of the crockpot meal).

Tips for Success:
- Look through all of the meals, the notes on page 2, and the grocery list before shopping.
- Make note of anything you already have in your home, and remove those items from the list/cart.
- If you use the pre-shopped carts, keep in mind:
- There are pantry items we assume you’ll have in stock, so we didn’t include them in the carts. You’ll find those items in the “not included in share-a-cart” box on the meal plan. If there’s anything you don’t have from that box, make sure you add it to your cart before checking out.
- If any items are out of stock at your store, that will be indicated when you view the cart link.
- You do not have to follow the plan from day-to-day. Once you purchase this plan, it’s yours. Feel free to use it however it works best for you, your family, and your schedule.
How I like to use it:
- I print off the meal plan and all of the recipes at the beginning of the week.
- I keep all of the pages in a clear plastic sleeve, in a 3-ring binder, because it helps me stay organized.
- Whenever I want to use this meal plan, I make a copy of it, cross off whatever I already have at home, and take the page with me to the grocery store.
- If I’m short on time (or just don’t want to shop in person) I use one of the pre-shopped carts and do a pick up.
- This plan saves me anywhere from 2-4 hours per week because I don’t have to meal plan, make a grocery list, and/or spend time at the store.
- Knowing what I need also saves me money, because my eyes don’t wander at the store.
The recipes included are:
- Chicken Fried Rice
- Baked Chicken Tacos
- Crockpot Lasagna Soup
- Mississippi Pot Roast
- Breakfast Sliders
